Ruff! Hello. I’m Bear.
From time to time, you will see my thoughts about this whole camping thing. I love going places in the car, but those rumble strips on the road sure do scare me. I climb right into Mom’s lap, even if she is driving.

Let’s talk about comfort. Some of my canine friends travel full-time with their people. I see photos of pet friends climbing mountains in Tennessee and jumping waves in Florida. It looks like so much fun and I can’t wait to do it, too.
But, I love my comfy chair at the house. It fits my body perfectly so I can enjoy long, long naps. I will sleep on the dog bed, but it is not the most comfortable place in the house. I also love to sleep in Mom’s bed when Dad is gone to work at night.
So, if we get a camper with a big bed and two bunk beds, where am I going to sleep? My comfy chair can’t go in a camper.

What is your pet’s favorite place to sleep in your camper?

Today I want to talk about- POOP. Yeah, I know. It’s yucky. But lots of people don’t clean it up. They leave it all over the yard at the campground. Sometimes my mom or her friends step in it. Then they yell and say bad words. It’s kind of funny when they do that.
Poop on the ground is also nasty because it can make me sick if some other dog had worms or something. I don’t want to get sick. Then I throw up or have a bad stomach, and Mom gets really mad when she has to clean up that mess.
So, if your dog comes camping with you, please clean up their poop.
Until next time,
Bear
