I like to glamp up my Coleman pop up tent trailer. I mostly cook outside and I have a fish cleaning table with sink in ot. You run your water from the source it..I use campco filter on the water source. Trvewith dogs. They have small EZ up and surrounding Ex pens for times I am setting up or taking down the campsite. I am 73 and a retired nurse.

  2. I am busy during the day as I work remotely. In the evenings or weekends ready to hike or explore the many possibilities! I am in a 36’ motorhome and travel with my fur baby, Ziggy. My schedule is flexible so I can boondock for a while or luxury camp with full hookups! I am ready to take a left or a right, just think it smarter to be in a group.

    1. I am working on the remote work gig. I need to find something more regular and reliable, although I do love being able to choose which days I feel like working. I love your baby’s name. Ziggy is cute. A motorhome is in my future, I hope.

At 86 years old, I have scaled back my off-grid camping. Need 30 amp electric, otherwise I am good to go. I prefer cell phone coverage as my family likes daily check-ins. Do not have a TV. I usually prepare simple meals in the camper or on a small table outside using electricity. I still carry my solo canoe as I am an avid paddler. I can walk a couple of miles on moderate trails.

    1. Wow, you are my new hero. I hope to still be paddling and camping at 86 years old. My hat’s off to you. If you are anywhere near Tennessee, come camp with us.

  4. I do bring bunches of stuff with me because I am a crafter and I have to bring something to work on because I like to show up a couple days early so I can chill for a bit and get everything set up.

    1. I’m like that, too. I usually bring my computer so I can write, but I will also have knitting, paints, and drawing supplies with me also.
