🎃 Fall Fun at Washington Farms — Watkinsville (Oct 24–Nov 9, 2025)

Just outside Athens, Washington Farms offers classic family fun with a pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayrides, zip lines, and live entertainment. It’s the kind of wholesome fall day that brings out everyone’s inner kid — complete with kettle corn and apple cider doughnuts.


🌻 Scarecrow Harvest — Alpharetta (through Oct 31, 2025)

Downtown Alpharetta turns into a festive fall gallery as schools, families, and businesses design hundreds of creative scarecrows that line the streets. Add in live music, kids’ crafts, and local food vendors, and you’ve got one of Metro Atlanta’s most charming seasonal traditions.


🍎 Georgia Apple Festival — Ellijay (Oct 21–Nov 5, 2025)

In the North Georgia mountains, Ellijay celebrates its apple heritage with crafts, parades, and of course, every kind of apple treat imaginable — from fritters to cider. The crisp mountain air and fall foliage make this one of the most scenic (and sweet-smelling) festivals in the state.
